<span style="color: #8064a2; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue'; font-size: large;">Hi
all sweet readers ,<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16.0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-pagination: none; text-autospace: none;">
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16.0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-pagination: none; text-autospace: none;">
<span style="color: #8064a2; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue'; font-size: large;">First
of all i would like to thank you guys for supporting my blog and me.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16.0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-pagination: none; text-autospace: none;">
<span style="color: #8064a2; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue'; font-size: large;">I
recently read a very interesting article about what made Sundar Pichai
become CEO of Google that too at such a young age?? <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16.0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-pagination: none; text-autospace: none;">
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16.0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-pagination: none; text-autospace: none;">
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16.0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-pagination: none; text-autospace: none;">
<span style="color: #8064a2; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue'; font-size: large;">Well
one day I was just thinking and trust me nowadays I really don’t get to think
so much with work, house chores always lined up and I m sure even you don’t get
time to think exactly where your life is going ?? Its not your fault too…Inspite
of being in gadget driven world our work still seems to not have reduced may be
its because with great power comes great responsibility….<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16.0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-pagination: none; text-autospace: none;">
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16.0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-pagination: none; text-autospace: none;">
<span style="color: #8064a2; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue'; font-size: large;">Never
mind so I was saying …that I was thinking ….<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16.0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-pagination: none; text-autospace: none;">
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16.0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-pagination: none; text-autospace: none;">
<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="color: #8064a2; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue'; font-size: large;">Is hard work really key to success????<o:p></o:p></span></b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16.0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-pagination: none; text-autospace: none;">
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16.0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-pagination: none; text-autospace: none;">
<span style="color: #8064a2; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue'; font-size: large;">Then
suddenly Pikachu struck a lightning bolt (for those who do not know.. Pikachu
is famous cartoon character in Pokémon series)..don’t worry I’m fine it was all
on TV and then I realized that only hard work is not key to success
as elders say quote<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"> "</b> <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">To achieve something you have to do hard
work “ </b>but then I thought even donkeys do hard work by lifting goods but then
why do we consider them dumb???…...right ?? We do think they are dumb even
though poor fellows work so hard.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16.0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-pagination: none; text-autospace: none;">
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16.0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-pagination: none; text-autospace: none;">
<span style="color: #8064a2; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue'; font-size: large;">Reading
Sundar Pichai article opened my eyes that ..Along with hard work what is
required is <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Power to assess and then Respond.<o:p></o:p></b></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16.0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-pagination: none; text-autospace: none;">
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16.0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-pagination: none; text-autospace: none;">
<span style="color: #8064a2; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue'; font-size: large;">Most
of us like to react me included rather than respond after assessing the damage done..for
example If we are stuck in traffic we complain “shit this terrible traffic” in
short we react but instead we should respond by staying calm seeing what time
slot traffic is maximum and avoiding traveling that time or we can have
different route to our destination .<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16.0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-pagination: none; text-autospace: none;">
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16.0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-pagination: none; text-autospace: none;">
<span style="color: #8064a2; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue'; font-size: large;">Another
example “oh no I have gained weight “ well my dear if you think you have
and its bothering why don’t you respond by assessing what caused gain and try
to avoid that eating habits"<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16.0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-pagination: none; text-autospace: none;">
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16.0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-pagination: none; text-autospace: none;">
<span style="color: #8064a2; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue'; font-size: large;">There
are so many numerous occasions like you keep working for so many years without
realizing what you want.Are you really satisfied in life that you don’t want
change ?? Even our actors /actress like change I guess that’s why they get
their cosmetic surgery done..They see what is better for them and how to
achieve it and they respond rather than complaining.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16.0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-pagination: none; text-autospace: none;">
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16.0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-pagination: none; text-autospace: none;">
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16.0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-pagination: none; text-autospace: none;">
<span style="color: #8064a2; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue'; font-size: large;">So
all my dear friends get up ..Stop complaining or at least stop reacting unnecessarily
..Rather respond to situation in hand and do something about it before you look
down memory lane and realize what a cry baby you were…and that you had time to make
a change but could not get over your complaining nature <o:p></o:p></span></div>

<div class="MsoNormal">
Dedication…….<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
In today’s time no matter how much we try to imitate West
but the fact still remains the same….”Ladki to sanskaari, gunvati aur kamau
chahiye” apne bete ke liye…. (a boy’s mother would always want a perfect indian
bahu ) no matter how her son is…. even if he changes girlfriends every month. But
a girl is born in india generally to get basic education so that she is
eligible to get a good match .Nowadays trend is there is more demand of
Engineer girls as bridegrooms….Many of my friends after B.tech wanted to pursue
higher dreams like exploring themselves but were made to sit at home or join a
course in a nearby college with single line “jitne mein tumhe bahar bhejna hai
utne mein to tumhari shaadi ho jaye”… Maybe they are right ..for middle class
families I’ts difficult to arrange so much funds to not only send them but
making sure they don’t face any monetary problems…..<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
So all those dreams are left as dreams….Maybe that’s why
they say to dream because in dreams you are your own master…You can even visit
Spain with Shahrukh Khan or Ranbir Kapoor.:)<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
That is why in most
of the colleges we have girls ratio much less than guys ….because parents don’t
wanna send them far away …..One reason that I feel is world is made unsafe by
people like that Delhi gangrape case culprit whose BBC interview rocked the
world….No matter how much good our country does or projects but one incident
like this tarnishes our image in the world…And I got hands on experience when I
met an American lady who was coming with me back to US from India…….She told me
how difficult it is for a foreigner to visit india that too a single women…And
then she told me the secret how she made sure she is safe while travelling in
trains….<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Many told my dad too that whats the need of sending your
daughter to US. You already spent so much on her Btech ..make her work in India
for a year or too and get her married to rich businessman…But more than me, my
dad was adamant and excited to send me to US to let me be ME…to follow who I
am..to spread smiles..to chase my dreams…He used to….. actually still says that
I have potential to achieve wonders and that sky is limit but just do your
karam ie is work hard and be honest ….<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
You will always have people to discourage you but god has
given you 2 ears for this reason only..Listen from one and let it go from
other..but that doesn’t mean you don’t listen
..Listen to all but do what you think is right…<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
He didn’t teach me scooter because he loved me so much and thought
it was unsafe ….so before I turned 18 he taught me how to drive ...may be that
is where I get my passion for driving ….Inspite of facing difficult situations
himself in India …be it sometimes monetary problem or stress from work he made
sure I live here comfortably….Dad you made me feel like princess…. dad’s
princess….I am what I am because of you and mom…All my achievements I dedicate
it to you….because during my tough times you were there…wiping my tears and
telling me its ok….next time work more hard…have faith<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Every time I failed or fell down I got up ..thinking I am my
dad’s daughter.. who inspite of facing so many adverse situations never lets us
know and never gives up……<o:p></o:p></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal">
I know you always wanted me to keep blogging..so after so
many days here’s one blog thanking you for sending me to US..to pursue higher education
and achieve what I want to. I hope I always make you proud. <span style="font-family: Wingdings; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-char-type: symbol; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-symbol-font-family: Wingdings;">J</span><o:p></o:p></div>

We all must have wished our father HAPPY FATHER'S DAY and they are the best no doubt about that :) But did you wish your step father HAPPY FATHER'S DAY ...I know step fathers are generally cruel but they are part of lives even if they make our lives hell :( Nope don't even think that I am drunk or crazy.Well you must be thinking , whom I am talking about.....Who your step father is??? .....Who scolds you even for your smallest mistake, who doesn't misses single chance of teasing you....And I'm sure you must have told him/her"You are not my dad ,so don't act like one "<br />
<br />
Who make you feel that you are the biggest sinner in this field ..... but when dad scolds you he/she is the one who defends you ,loves you and consoles you and says "you were not wrong" circumstances were".So, even though he/she makes you feel guilty that you are useless but when actual situation comes and you are in problem ,he/she turns into chameleon and protects you. ....I know ,we loathe our step father,curse him/her for being so mean but irony is we can't even live without them ...and miss their irritating habits....No wild guesses guys because he/she is none other than our IRRITATING younger/older brother/sister who like actually love to act like our daddy..So Happy Father's day Step daddy :):P</div>

Back home they are just people , living below poverty line who struggle hard to meet both ends meet .They wash clothes,utensils,take care of household chores and sometimes even make food as cook with </span></span><span style="color: #222222; font-size: x-small;">meager</span><span style="color: #222222;"><span style="font-size: 12.727272033691406px;"> wages and zero respect.We all get so used to taking work from them that 1 holiday by them and we can see its effects on our moms face .You must be wondering why am I writing about them.They are not that important .But they are for me.Well if you </span><span style="font-size: x-small;">don't</span><span style="font-size: 12.727272033691406px;"> believe me.Perform small experiment take a week off and do everything yourself from cleaning utensils to </span><span style="font-size: x-small;">vacuuming</span><span style="font-size: 12.727272033691406px;"> etc and then give me the result I bet you will miss them sometimes even more than ur mom[kidding].</span></span></span><br />

<div class="MsoNormal">
“I want change_______” that’s the slogan most of us say.
Missing blank can be filled by anything depending on person‘s choice like I
want to change my car, my house, the way I look. But the irony is when change
happens or somebody is working to bring the change our human psychology is like
that we like to criticize it. Well I have proof for what I am saying , for
example, somebody wants to change house and is looking for options….People will
come and say “oh that location, that location is very bad or oh that house …..No
u shouldn't buy it....its market price is too much” So, can somebody ask them
why don’t you buy me a house….???<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
2nd instance: Say if a girl is healthy and wants to change
herself by reducing weight after listening to taunts from people who till yesterday didn't even exist but now suddenly
influence her .. So, after reducing some weight now those people have a
new things to say “Beta ji , what happened don’t you get food at home?? Isn’t
your mom giving you food???You seem to look weak, pale"……Weak???<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
The point is we shout and scream for change but when
somebody brings a change or tries to at least we like to discourage, demoralize,
taunt defame and criticize rather than appreciating it .My Question is being
responsible citizens we should firstt not jump on
conclusions (which we can’t help at ) rather let somebody try. There
are many people who seem to have followed 3 idiots movie very religiously. So
instead of supporting parties they like they are trying to defame others. The
point is ,is their party so weak as compared to others that in order to bring their party up , or rather than focusing
on it, they are trying to shift their
focus on other parties and trying to defame it…<o:p></o:p></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal">
All I want to say to all citizens is follow what you think
is right and not what just one person/news
channel is saying…Use your mind and vote carefully tomorrow.<o:p></o:p></div>

<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size: large;">Life teaches you and no one can teach you better not even
parents. We will not believe them but when life gives a good kick we understand
the same thing. Today life surprised me again by teaching a new lesson. To get
their daughters married to the right guy at right time and till then and even
after that she remains safe ,happy ,protected is itself a challenge and a dream
at the same time. It is so sad for the parents who lose their daughters (when they are burnt alive
for dowry, acid attack, rape) . The pain itself of losing
their young daughters is excruciating let alone the reason which caused
this pain). Parents want that their daughters to stand on their feet so that
even during adverse times they are capable enough to make their way. Now I
understand, how proud parents feel when their daughters achieve great heights. And
how happy they feel when everything goes alright and girl get married to right
guy who keeps their daughter happy, taking care of all her needs, hopes, aspirations
.It is the most proud moment especially for the father. May be that is why,
people kill their daughters in womb because they are weak to take
care , grow their daughters into independent, smart and intellectual human beings who follow her heart and at the same
time does the right thing to make herself and her parents proud.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size: large;">Salute to all parents who have daughters!!!!!</span><o:p></o:p></div>

<span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Har ghar ki
kahani is nowadays becoming “kahani INDIA ki”. Like typical Indian saas
bahu<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>serial plot where Saas ( center
government) Bahu (other parties) pry each other.One mistake by either one <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>,the other <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>makes it a point that no deed goes unpunished.
So, a common issue becomes a situation of do or die.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>

<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">For example,
the recent suspension of IAS officer Durga Shakti has led to series of
accusations .Saas (center ) blamed SP government in UP(bahu) for making a prompt
decision of suspending the officer. But ,Instead of admitting its mistake, bahu
comes with a justification that many such incidents have happened in the past
too, when Congress was in state as government. So, Congress telling them what
to do is morally incorrect.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">(I guess UP
government watches Ekta kapoor serial religiously. May be they follow the idea
that “Kyunki saas bhi jab bahu thi” they did the same. So, they are only
following the old traditions :P)<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">In my
opinion if nothing is done soon enough, our family (INDIA) will disintegrate
with family members fighting among each other and third party (vamp) taking
advantage of the situation.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>

note it is becoming reality. We have
time to go out for lunch or watch movies with acquaintances but we don’t have
time for that one special person, who has been by our side from the time we

before it can reach it’s pinnacle and some experience it’s long lasting effects....You must be wondering what I’m
talking about??? Well I’m talking about 6 months training which college
students have to undergo as it is mandatory. Now you must be thinking why going
to training is a debacle because it shouldn't be a debacle rather it should be
a training experience. But ask yourself, how many of you seriously go to
training to learn??Getting internship at a good company is like baking a cake. So,
if one of the ingredients goes missing ,you have to eat the cake whether you
like it or not. Every student has to take one of the following tests(even after
leaving college tests don’t leave you :P)</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><b>TEST 1</b>: Source Test –yes friends
this test is taken by every student. It checks how good we are or our parents
are in making contacts. As to get into a training programme FOR FREE, it requires
references. And those who lack or do not perform well in this test are seen
ending up in a paid one. So along with college fee they have to pay for
training programme.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><b>TEST 2</b>: Even if we score good in
TEST 1, it does not mean that we can score easily in this test too. As now we
have to face our project manager. If one is lucky and his project manager is as
sweet as sweets then he can enjoy his work .See the silver line he can actually
work.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">But if you are not and you face a
rattle brain, who likes to boast about his achievement and likes to keep his
tensions on your head. Then,God save your soul. Most of the project managers don’t
let trainees work because they feel trainees are INCOMPETENT, HOPELESS, USELESS
people who are born to make mistakes. So they ask them to stay in a corner .Although
who wouldn't like to sit idle and gossip with other trainees. But that we have
been doing for 3 and half hours. So, to do same thing for 6 months ??Even if we take
holidays to join some course we can’t ..Our dearest boss don’t less us ..And
our condition is just like that of dolphin. Although dolphin likes to remain in
water but it can’t as they have to come on surface to BREATHE. But this is just
1 sided torture. It doubles when our teachers ask us to submit weekly reports
and make a visit to our training institute to ask our coordinator about how we are doing..But aren't we the
sufferers?? So shouldn't they be asking us about how we are??(irony L )</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">We cannot even argue with our
bosses as they have to grade us. I guess every training institute should have a
Performa so that we get to grade them</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">FINALLY </span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><b>TEST 3</b>: We have to give
Presentation(as if we did learn something. Wait .........may be we did learn
something “PATIENCE”).And that actually helps when we don’t get a job even
after getting grilled for 6 months. May be the education system needs some reformation?
So, that those 6 months of students are not wasted.</span></div>

<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">With recent recession hitting
all the industries, getting placed is like a dream. After spending
approximately one lakh on graduation, a person getting a job of Rs 10,000 p.m

struggling to get a job.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

is not hit by RECESSION and then a bell rings.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">No, not the door bell but my father’s phone rings and
flashes “<b>PANDIT Jatadhar Calling</b>”. What
I realized might make you laugh. But it is not a bad idea after all. Not
getting it??????<o:p></o:p></span></div>

<b><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Pandit ??? Yogi ?? Mahant ?? Guruma ?? Career

<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><b>P.S</b>: And
those of you who can sing well, can get handsome money for performing at BHAJAN
SANDHYA. Trust me, I have seen people getting paid well for 2 hour show and
they are not interested in singing god hymns but mix their songs with Bollywood
or Punjabi tunes .Many might have
noticed it too. Lets get back to the career option we were discussing. I’m
actually gone prove my point by giving examples<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Firstly, whenever you buy a
new house or car etc etc, where do you go first or whom do you call? Obviously
Panditji or any guruji or guruma you believe in. Panditji performs his PUJA and
we give them their dakshina. And even that dakshina follows <b>ECONOMICS </b>principle. ”<b>More the price of commodity you bought more dakshina you have to give”.<o:p></o:p></b></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Secondly , If a man dies or a
child is born ,whom do you call? Again a Pandit or guruji you believe in. Guru
ji does his puja, of which you understand not a single word and in return give
them dakshina. If it’s a boy then you
pay him well and if girl then less.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">And they are paid the most , when
our sweet mom takes our horoscope to panditji to ask about our future or to
find ways to eradicate problems from our lives. Even if there is nothing wrong
with us they’ll proclaim that all bad things are happening because of RAHU OR
SHANI OR KETU being in our KUNDLI. So, whatever they say ,we have to do as
nobody wants to mess with either panditji or stars .One visit to them makes us shed thousands of rupees. Above
mentioned reasons are just few among many other occasions from where they get
SOME extra cash. This “<b>Some</b>” extra
cash amounts to nearly Rs 50,000 plus other perks and yes how can I forget
their meager income of Rs 5000.Moreover, all their lodging and food is taken
care by temple authorities .To be a pandit or guru or guruma all you have to do
is enter a gurukul, which charges you <b>nothing</b>.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">So, you have to pay nothing
to get this job and get paid handsomely
along with other perks. If you are thinking that even this field will get
affected by recession then don’t worry
because you go to temples more during that time <span style="font-family: Wingdings; font-size: 14.0pt; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-char-type: symbol; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-symbol-font-family: Wingdings;">J</span><o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Moreover, in country like
India this field is quite blooming. Recently I read a MAHANT/GURUJI of some
sect bought 0001 number for his 60 lakh SUV car for 10 lakhs. He is just not
one ,many other guru or guruma own luxury cars along with huge acres of
property. So, friends being a sadhu or guru or guruma is not bad career option after all in country like
ours where we the COMMON MAN believe in them so much rather than believing in
GOD.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">And I think GURU MA
Khushboo(Er) would’nt sound that bad. So I can be head mata and
anybody interested in being my assistant can contact me :P<span style="font-family: Wingdings; font-size: 14.0pt; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-char-type: symbol; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-symbol-font-family: Wingdings;">J</span><o:p></o:p></span></div>

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Yesterday's gang rape brought heated discussions not only on every news channel but also in Parliament.Every Politician gave his/her opinion about the same.But who wants their opinion? Nation demands strict actions against the accused.But we all know that if government takes 7 years to bring about amendment in criminal law ,how long will it take to bring laws for women safety.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">From 2010, there has been 120% increase in sexual harassment cases in Delhi.On a recent rape case, SHO of the police blamed victim's sense of dressing for the rape.But I would like to ask SHO, that why are muslim women raped?? Nobody blames the accuse, and all accusations are on the women like,may be her dress was short, or like why was she roaming in the street in night etc.So, should one conclude that women should not step out of the house after sunset???I guess I should check that are we living in a democratic country or under Taliban rule?? How better are we from Pakistan,Afghanistan ,where women are given no rights to live.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Last few months was like a nightmare for the women of Haryana. Everyday newspaper reported a rape case from there and we all know, how gender biased is society of Haryana. So, instead of supporting the families of victim and punishing the accused, khap panchayat comes with a shocking solution that "Marry girls at the age of 16". 16 is it really an age to get girls married????May be khap panchayat is forgetting a case where a married woman was raped infront of her husband and son.Now, it feels that ,raping someone is becoming mere sport of fun. But do you know how much pain mentally,emotionally a raped victim has to undergo.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">But somewhere I know that there is no point saying anything as after 2 days,the accused will be exonerated due to lack of proof or witness turning hostile and then we'll wait for another incident to happen.Even police seems to be in the pockets of politicians who make them work like puppets.Every politician promises laptops,Tv etc in their manifesto but why cant they promise laws for women security? Is it that difficult to promise and keep it.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Parliament fights for SC/ST quota in jobs etc but have no time to pass laws on women security.Now I feel ,that since government can only pass bills on quota.I think they should pass bill giving quota to rape victims in jobs, land allotments etc.Since all we can do is bring reservations-in our society.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">But on a serious note, I think capital Punishment should be given to those who are accused of raping someone because rape victims themselves are nothing but dead people living a life of exile away from friends and society.</span><br />

The list of incidents goes ON and ON...</span></span><br style="background-color: white; color: #222222;" /><br style="background-color: white; color: #222222;" /><span style="background-color: white; color: #222222;">When Indians are killed in abroad like AUSTRALIA, our the recent one AMERICA.. we in INDIA get Immediately rocked, and start sympathizing along with curses for the country where it happened.. Moreover, we stop sending our kids there.. But what about people who are staying in INDIA and are subjected to atrocities of the society,mob only because either they are HINDUS,SIKHS,MUSLIM and even on basis of caste like whether they are dalit,brahmin etc.. So when people are attacked in abroad we condemn it, but when it happens in INDIA, we support it..why DO WE exhibit DUAL PERSONALITY???? why cant we condemn killings on basis of religion in INDIA Too.. And demand strict action against the culprits like we demand in case of racist attacks.Although, I agree that attacks, which happen in india are not racist but innocent lives are killed, and their only mistake is that they are from particular religion or from particular caste....</span><br style="background-color: white; color: #222222;" /><br style="background-color: white; color: #222222;" /><span style="background-color: white; color: #222222;">Although our constitution says that we should treat all alike but it is politicians who have divided people on basis of religion,caste and that too for their vote banks and they do so by bringing reservations ... Although I know some of us will support reservations and I'm </span><span style="background-color: white; color: #222222;">Not against it but ,don't you think that when people get jobs or admissions on the basis of reservation it actually createS invisible Divisions in the society... Like in my college a separate list is created , for those who have got admission on basis of reservation and I actually think that it creates a difference among the masses .. "Ki oh! he is from SC/ST quota.."</span><br style="background-color: white; color: #222222;" /><br style="background-color: white; color: #222222;" /><span style="background-color: white; color: #222222;">And sometimes becoz of reservations less qualified or capable person is chosen over more deserving one..</span><br style="background-color: white; color: #222222;" /><br style="background-color: white; color: #222222;" /><span style="background-color: white; color: #222222;"><b>So it is high time now , politicians should wake up, and should start thinking about the country's progress rather than about their own personal gain...</b></span></span><br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><span style="background-color: white; color: #222222;">India is known as land of many religions, where every month we celebrate a festival.Not only, we celebrate birthdays of our gods and goddess but also of the martyr's who had laid their lives in order to teach Indians one or the other lessons of life.......</span><br style="background-color: white; color: #222222;" /><br style="background-color: white; color: #222222;" /><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="color: #222222;">Today, when we are so busy, it is good to celebrate festivals because they give us a motive to take out time from our busy schedules and remember their teachings .. Recently, we celebrated JANAMASHTMI ie, birthday of lord Krishna who played a pivotal role in MAHABAHRTA.. Celebrating JANAMASHTMI does not mean that we simply go to temple ...now days, it plays more important role.. It is a day we get a holiday to actually think about those lessons they gave us.. ,which is very important these days like Lord Krishnji told us" To trust yourself, and do what you think is right. Do not consider what others say. Rather be confident and perform actions which according to you is right, because at the end of the day, we have to answer our conscience....</span></span><br style="background-color: white; color: #222222;" /><br style="background-color: white; color: #222222;" /><span style="background-color: white; color: #222222;">Today , we seriously need to execute teachings like this, because half of the Indians consider what others think of them rather than what they think of themselves...No matter , how much they like to do something, they WONT, because they are worried , what others might think of them.. Friends, festival is not celebrated only to eat, fast, on this day.. It is also meant to reconsider our lifestyle and actions..</span></span>

<br />
<br />
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="color: #454545;">I know its a well known topic , for writing an essay or composition.. In fact ,I remember.. that we were made to cram.. Especially my best friend topic :) When we used to be kids, I'm sure many of you would agree that, our best friend used to be our MOTHER.. You must be thinking why I'm saying mother.?? Well thats because, remember who used to be the one to hide your mistakes from your father?? Who used to get you balloons , whenever you went to market with her?? And how can you forget the pim pom lollipop you used to suck??</span></span><br style="background-color: white; color: #454545;" /><br style="background-color: white; color: #454545;" /><span style="background-color: white; color: #454545;">Whenever you used to get hurt , who used to be there for you and applies medicine to it..?? Answer is mother.:) In my opinion,she completely fits the definition of "A FRIEND IN NEED IS A FRIEND INDEED"!</span><br style="background-color: white; color: #454545;" /><br style="background-color: white; color: #454545;" /><span style="background-color: white; color: #454545;">Even at midnight, if you are hungry, you just need to tell her and guess what ,we get 2 minute noodles at our service:).. She keeps running after us , that we should drink our milk or eat our food but we fullfilling the definition of "child" play "Hide and Seek" with her .. What a time it was:) </span><br style="background-color: white; color: #454545;" /><br style="background-color: white; color: #454545;" /><span style="background-color: white; color: #454545;">When we enter our teenage, we make friends in school and then in college.. And start moving away from our mother.. Earlier the hide seek we used to love, now is called intrusion of privacy by us.. Earlier in our childhood, we couldnt even think of buying any clothes from the market and used to wear clothes of her choice, but know if she asks us to wear a particular dress , we simply say No!! and rudely send her away.</span><br style="background-color: white; color: #454545;" /><br style="background-color: white; color: #454545;" /><span style="background-color: white; color: #454545;">I'm not saying that whatever they say, do it.. But what you can do is ...ie, Next time you have a fight with her, you should not argue back.. Let her cool down and then explain your side of story.. </span><br style="background-color: white; color: #454545;" /><br style="background-color: white; color: #454545;" /><br style="background-color: white; color: #454545;" /><span style="background-color: white; color: #454545;">And since we the teenagers always have a ready made reply that" we are busy", every time our mother asks us to do some work.. So lets take out time for our dear , and our 1st best friend and take her out or atleast buy her a present:)</span><br style="background-color: white; color: #454545;" /><br style="background-color: white; color: #454545;" /><span style="background-color: white; color: #454545;">M-mature</span><br style="background-color: white; color: #454545;" /><span style="background-color: white; color: #454545;">O-organized</span><br style="background-color: white; color: #454545;" /><span style="background-color: white; color: #454545;">T-trustworthy</span><br style="background-color: white; color: #454545;" /><span style="background-color: white; color: #454545;">H-helpful</span><br style="background-color: white; color: #454545;" /><span style="background-color: white; color: #454545;">E-energetic</span><br style="background-color: white; color: #454545;" /><span style="background-color: white; color: #454545;">R-rugged</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><span style="background-color: white; color: #454545;"><br /></span></span>

<span style="font-size: medium; text-align: -webkit-auto;"><span style="color: #222222; font-family: Algerian;">Every
relationship has some sweet and sour memories... And so was the relationship BETWEEN
Bubbly and Khalbali...</span><br />
<br />
</span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; text-align: -webkit-auto;">Bubbly was a cute, small girl with cheeks
protruding out. She was just like her name, sweet little bubble.. She was the
only child of her parents and very naughty….Once she saw mummy pig FEEDING her
piglets and when she came back home , she was adamant to drink pig's milk ...
It was only after her father showed her where pigs live.. , she gave up the
idea.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><span style="text-align: -webkit-auto;"><br /></span><span style="text-align: -webkit-auto;">Not only this, she even ATE fodder ONLY
BECAUSE SHE WAS AMUSED THE WAY BUFFALO WAS EATING IT. She was a quick learner
and crammer too ... YOU must be wondering how can I say that??</span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><span style="text-align: -webkit-auto;"><br /></span><span style="text-align: -webkit-auto;">Well once she heard someone saying "
ulu , befkuf, pagal" and after that whenever she used to get angry ,she used
to say those 3 words even TO her mother.. Poor kid, she just heard it somewhere
And started saying it.. But her parents found solution TO it, They took her to
THE zoo and showed her, how an owl looks like. After that she was so scared that
she stopped saying those words....... now as she was growing up ,she was becoming more
mature, innocent, calm....</span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><span style="text-align: -webkit-auto;"><br /></span><span style="text-align: -webkit-auto;">After 10 years a storm came in her life..
And name of that storm was khalbali... He was just like the name…” K H A L B A
L I” .H</span><span style="text-align: -webkit-auto;">e believed in rocking the world and I
mean it sarcastically..</span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><span style="text-align: -webkit-auto;"><br /></span><span style="text-align: -webkit-auto;">And before you get anything wrong, khalbali
was bubbly’s little bro:)</span><span style="text-align: -webkit-auto;"><br /></span><span style="text-align: -webkit-auto;">Like I was saying, like any other younger sibling in a house, he
wanted whatever she was getting. I’m sure many of You might have either
experienced it or done it:) Well ,once their father got a camera for bubbly,
but it was out of limits for khalbali since he was small. What do YOu think,he will do??Will he obediently leavE the camera alone..???? No ways , when everybody
had gone asleep, he took his chance ,took the camera out and started clicking
photos of apple to fridge to everything You can think of.. After all, he
thought if his sister can have it , WHY not him:)</span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><span style="text-align: -webkit-auto;"><br /></span><span style="text-align: -webkit-auto;">Not only this, he added another feather
to his cap. Once bubbly went with khalbali for a ride on her new scooty. Khalbali
asked bubbly to let her drive. Being elder sibling she gave him the scooty to drive.
But when khalbali struck the scooty with the tree, he started displaying his
acting skills by blaming his sister and saying" di I told you to drive
carefully but you don’t listen. Now see what you have done" . Thus giving
brilliant performance in front of onlookers...</span></span></div>

<b><i><span style="font-size: x-large;">MISS TAKES......</span></i></b></h2>
<br />
"<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;">Am I perfect, no but I did make a mistake.."</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;">May be no one is perfect... and I guess ,mistakes are a part of life...no matter how much we try avoiding it, It happens.. BUT if we commit mistakes , does it mean we are careless and irresponsible??? I don't think so.... Mistakes always bring positive change in our lives. It is just the way we see it. For example, have you ever committed a mistake twice?? I'm sure many would say NO...This is because we generally learn lessons from them ... Not only this , it was by mistake FIRE was discovered, and by mistake COLUMBUS found America. So be it science or history.. Mistakes are good , and what the best part is that it teaches us and I find it the best teacher, because it teaches lessons which we can't forget ...EVER.. For instance, have you ever bought a expired product and forgot to check its expiry date..??Well I'm sure , next time you went to the market to buy any product, the first thing you check is the expiry date and not it's price :)...List of common mistakes we make is endless.. But best part is we become more vigilant and careful:)</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;">If we see word MISTAKES under magnifying glass.. It is made of 2 words MISS TAKES.. which means our life is like a film, and our director ( GOD) supervises all our moves and even the story...so if we make a mistake (or MISS the TAKE) while performing our shot, he always gives us a chance to RETAKE.. but *condition applied, that we need to recognize it , and try to give another best shot.. So all I want to say is that nothing is permanent, we can always undo it...by not committing same mistake AGAIN.. </span></div>

Curtains fall, lights on and I hear thunder of claps for the brilliant performance of the actors.Actors win awards, laurels. Everyone is appreciated for their work except , behind the stage people ,who I feel should also be appreciated.Yes I mean spotboys,technicians ,makeup man etc; who watch the actors getting awards from a distance and feel happy that their hard work has payed........<br />
<br />
Well you must be thinking that all of a sudden why am I talking about giving credit to backstage people.... dont worry i'm not promoting any NGO..I'm saying this because "Our life" is also like a stage..isn't it??? And if we think ,even we have some unappreciated people in our life.Children especially youngsters are generally close to their mothers.We have this fear that our father is very strict ,he'll not listen to anything ,he might overreact.But my definition of father is someone who likes to watch his child grow from distance and when his child grows up and becomes successful,he smiles and thinks that finally his hard work has paid.Has it ever happened that you wanted something but your mom said no to it and you went to your dad and asked for the same thing ,and he said Yes....Well fathers not always say NO.They only stop us from having something because they do not want their little prince/princess to get hurt as they know the obnoxious world outside better than we do..All they want is that we should have fun but without getting hurt. They do not want any appreciation, all they want is that we become independent,that is we stand on our feet.....<br />
<br />
Father's day does not mean that we just wish our fathers.When we grow up and enter teenage we generally try to avoid sitting with our dad may be because we are shy or whatever may be the reason...But today lets take out time for them and sit with them and have little chit chat over a cup of coffee and talk about anything to everything and make them feel special....<br />
<br />
HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!..and I promise to do what you taught me ie,to be<br />

<span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.917969); color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">In today's technological world,mobile phones have become part and parcel of our lives.But have we ever thought ,when we call someone,how does our call reach the right person sometimes living long distance apart......</span><br />
<br />
<span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.917969); color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">But finally I got answer to my question...</span><br />
<div style="text-align: -webkit-auto;">
<span style="color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;"><br /></span></div>
<span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.917969); color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">I earlier used to think that when we make a call it goes to the cell tower..yes u are guessing it right..the big towers with antennas which you can find on roof tops,shop tops etc..but that is not it ... So here it goes.....</span><br />
<br />
<span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.917969); color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">First when we make a call,each handset has a<b> MIN</b>(mobile identification number) and<b>SIM(</b>sim identification number).which is conveyed to the tower along with your call signal ..The tower sends back acknowledgement signal to the mobile..so<b> DUPLEX</b> channel is used..for this transferring ,You must be wondering what<b> DUPLEX </b>channel is??</span><br />
<span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.917969); color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: -webkit-auto;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.917969); color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">As name suggest it is a channel,where one path is reserved for sending signal to tower and another path is used to send acknowledgement signal.</span><br />
<br />
<span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.917969); color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">Now after your call signal reaches cell tower which is also called <b>BSC</b>..it goes to <b>MSC(mobile switching cente</b>r) ..<b>MSC</b> actually acts as router or you can say a switch which sends your signal first for verification, ie to VLR( verification location register) which is actually a sub register..</span><br />
<br />
<span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.917969); color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">Well let me explain in detail............</span><br />
<br />
<span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.917969); color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">When you get prepaid card the carrier company asks you to fill in details..that details goes to a big register called <b>HLR(</b>home location register)..</span><br />
<span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.917969); color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">From there, data is divided according to different region and send to various VLR..so ,from there MSC checks whether person is at roaming or not..</span><br />
<br />
<span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.917969); color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">After that the call is send to the nearest MSC of the person you want to call and from there call is send to the nearest tower of the person you are calling.. And finally call is received...</span><br />
<br />
<span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.917969); color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">This is how call reaches from source to destination.....</span><br />
<br />
<span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.917969); color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">I hope you guys could understand..This whole call forwarding process I told above is part of PUBLIC SWITCHED TELEPHONE NETWORK which consist of telephone wires,fibre optics,cables,microwave transmission....And whatever explained above is just like a drop in the ocean..as networking is vast subject and it is not possible to cover each point...</span></div>khushboohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04147729602709243731noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5898467859044924645.post-50067377691030169252012-03-07T07:11:00.001-08:002012-07-25T00:38:22.179-07:00OUR STORY<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on">
<span style="font-size: large;">Taking out the most powerful weapon.Don't worry I'm not taking out bayonet but PEN.But then what should I write about??? I ruminated for few seconds and thought that there couldn't be a better story than that of a PURE 100% Indian Student.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">SCENE 1</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">A child is born and the minute he comes into this world,plans are made,blueprints are approved (in which,every memeber of the family takes par,t except the child) to make him either an engineer or a doctor.As if there are no other options.But, I think at least let him start speaking so that he could let his emotions out.And see the irony he does display his emotions by CRYING(as if trying to say that can someone ask me too).......</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">SCENE 2</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">//PTM IN THE SCHOOL .THE CHILD IS ABOUT TO GET HIS REPORT CARD FOR CLASS IX.//</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Fingers crossed,heart beating faster than a speeding Ferrari...What will be my score???Will my teacher complain about me to my mother??? What will my mother say after seeing my report card..The list is endless..</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">At that time it seems that at any moment whistle of a pressure cooker will blow....But all worries were clean bowled when my teacher declared my result to be 92% and applauds me.I was feeling on cloud nine, not knowing that this had only exaggerated my dilemma...You must be wondering that why I said dilemma .??? Friends you'll know it as I proceed further........since this was only trailer and picture was yet to be premiered... :) </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">The point is when we score good or otherwise in our junior classes our parents expect us to do well in all the exams we sit in...They think as if, we are the only student sitting in the exam,so obviously we will top....The irony here is that each and every parent thinks this way ,so not one but all go through the same dilemma.For the next few years till you start earning ,they pamper you just like the witch did in HANSEL AND GRATEL story...and along with the pampering we get to listen a soft music</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">"</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"> Dear give your best shot,work harder if you are only working hard..because after that everything would be easy and smooth"</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">We listen to it so many times that it entrenches deep in our blood..And it actually makes us feel that we say to ourselves, common buddy just one last obstacle and you can be free from cat and mouse race...</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"> BUT IS IT????????</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">SCENE 3</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">CLASS X BOARD EXAMS RESULT IS TO BE DECLARED NEXT DAY!!</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">We go to every church,temple,mosque and not even spare the deity which is meditating peacefully under the tree...At night we keep turning sides ...Next day when we open our computers and type our roll no,our mind works on 10 different paths(What,how,why ,can it ib my result etc etc???).And then the screen open....</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">OH MY GOD , I got 92%...we do not believe our own eyes ....So now we take a sigh..PHEW!!!!!!</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Now we think that our life would be easy,with no routine chit-chat with dad about studies ,marks etc..</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Is it really an end??? we students are so naive that we do not understand the he whole blockbluster is still to come.....</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">SCENE 4</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Now we Are made to choose
either medical or non medical…Mind it commerce field is kept out of
options..From day 1 till next 730 days we ride on two boats,school and entrance
exam..Now with just one month left to the board exams..the only music we hear is</span><br />
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size: large;">“</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size: large;"> Dear work
hard,just a month is left,give your best becoz after that you’ll get your line
and then you can enjoy.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size: large;">“</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size: large;">In short ,they want to say BHAAG MILKHA BHAAG FINISH LINE IS
JUST FEW YARDS AWAY!!!!</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size: large;">SCENE 5</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size: large;">Finally we get admission in a college and are happy..since
now we feel we can take a break from cat and mouse race..But friends this is
only a kit-kat break..After enjoying 1 or 2 years we are again pushed in the
race where our parents want us to top..ie race of getting admission in IIM.The
problem is, at each step of our education,and with each result we get, our
parents expectations increase …</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">and we kids try our level best to fulfill it...</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">sometimes I wonder when will we relax and take a chill pill becoz in todays hi-tech modern world we are trying every possible oppurtunity we can to climb the success ladder and in the process we are missing the time we should spend with our families....</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">SCENE 6</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Now after 10 years when we our selves become parents,we make the same blueprints as our parents did for our child's future and the whole thing starts again..Irony is the people who hated when their parents used to bug them about studies ,themselves are making their children walk the same trodden path they once made to follow..</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">But I guess ,Parents think like parents and kids are kids:)</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">So I salute all the parents as deep inside their heart ,they want our well being which we realise only when we become parents.As only parents can sacrifice or spend their whole lives so that we live a comfortable life...</span><br />

THIS
IS A STORY of someone special ,who gets into a number of problems,

His name was LIAM. Slowly and<br />slowly his ideas started influencing her so much that she started moving<br />away from her family and friends. Her family and friends warned her that he<br />is not good but the promises that LIAM made to her and the way he depicted a<br />rosy picture of outside world made her believe that her well wishers just<br />don’t like him and that that is why they were brain washing her mind.</em></div>

Oh before i forget and move forward with MY Story LIAM was absolutely, had sharp<br />white teeth,and not to forget he was “NON VEGETARIAN”.SO,<br />probably that was why her parents didn’t like him and that LIAM was NON VEG.,<br />LIA didnt know. So where was i, yes that her parents warned her but she<br />ignored their warnings thinking that they are just playing their emotional<br />tricks so that she could stay away from him.<strong style="background-color: transparent; background-image: initial; background-repeat: initial initial; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-color: initial; border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-style: initial; border-top-width: 0px; color: #1c1c1c; font-size: 20px; font-weight: bold; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; outline-color: initial; outline-style: initial; outline-width: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">THIS WAS HER 2ND MISTAKE.</strong></div>

<em style="background-color: transparent; background-image: initial; background-repeat: initial initial; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-color: initial; border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-style: initial; border-top-width: 0px; font-size: 20px; font-style: italic; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; outline-color: initial; outline-style: initial; outline-width: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">After a few weeks, she thought she had enough and ran away with LIAM. So, she<br />put her faith in the wrong person. For few days LIAM showed her mesmerising<br />nature around but he had some other wicked plans stored for her.<br />At her home her friends knew the reality and started their search for<br />LIA, to protect her just like any other friends would do. On full moon night<br />he took LIA to the banks of river ganga. (he was very hungry of many days).<br />He was about to open his mouth when just like any other typical<br />bollywood movie her friends saved her in the nick of time. <strong style="background-color: transparent; background-image: initial; background-repeat: initial initial; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-color: initial; border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-style: initial; border-top-width: 0px; color: #1c1c1c; font-size: 20px; font-weight: bold; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; outline-color: initial; outline-style: initial; outline-width: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">SO HER 3RD MISTAKE<br />WAS THAT SHE DIDNT TRUST HER FRIENDS.</strong></em></div>
<div style="background-color: transparent; background-image: initial; background-repeat: initial initial; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-color: initial; border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-style: initial; border-top-width: 0px; font-size: 20px; line-height: 21px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; outline-color: initial; outline-style: initial; outline-width: 0px; padding-bottom: 10px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
WELL GUYS, LIA WAS A BEAUTIFUL HERBIVOROUS DINASOUR WHO LIVED CENTURIES<br />AGO AND LIAM WAS CARNIVOROUS. ON FULL MOON DAY HE WAS ABOUT TO EAT HER.(WHY<br />FULL MOON?? BECAUSE IT GAVE HIM VAMPIRE FEELING.[KIDDING]).</div>
<div style="background-color: transparent; background-image: initial; background-repeat: initial initial; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-color: initial; border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-style: initial; border-top-width: 0px; font-size: 20px; line-height: 21px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; outline-color: initial; outline-style: initial; outline-width: 0px; padding-bottom: 10px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
So moral of the story is that all the mistakes you make teach you<br />something. So one should learn from them and try not to repeat them. Because<br />sometimes <strong style="background-color: transparent; background-image: initial; background-repeat: initial initial; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-color: initial; border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-style: initial; border-top-width: 0px; color: #1c1c1c; font-size: 20px; font-weight: bold; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; outline-color: initial; outline-style: initial; outline-width: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">life doesn’t give second chances.</strong></div>

In our Indian Constitution “<strong style="background-color: transparent; background-image: initial; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-color: initial; border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-style: initial; border-top-width: 0px; color: #1c1c1c; font-weight: bold; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; outline-color: initial; outline-style: initial; outline-width: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">EVE TEASING”</strong> is
considered or defined as a behaviour and not an offense with maximum
punishment given to the culprit is 2 years of jail and fine of 5000 Rs..<strong style="background-color: transparent; background-image: initial; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-color: initial; border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-style: initial; border-top-width: 0px; color: #1c1c1c; font-weight: bold; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; outline-color: initial; outline-style: initial; outline-width: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">ARE GIRLS ONLY WORTH Rs 5000</strong>?</span></i></div>
<div style="background-image: initial; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-color: initial; border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-style: initial; border-top-width: 0px; color: #3c3c3c; font-family: 'Droid Sans',arial,serif; line-height: 21px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; outline-color: initial; outline-style: initial; outline-width: 0px; padding-bottom: 10px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px; text-align: left; vertical-align: baseline;">
<i><span style="font-size: medium;">There are many examples which show that society treats
girls as a mere object of pleasure. Are their lives worth nothing? Take
for example <strong style="background-color: transparent; background-image: initial; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-color: initial; border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-style: initial; border-top-width: 0px; color: #1c1c1c; font-weight: bold; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; outline-color: initial; outline-style: initial; outline-width: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">JESSICA</strong> murder
case , she was killed because she refused to give a drink, as the bar
was closed. The list of women being illtreated by hands of men is
endless(Ruchika case,nithari killings etc).</span></i></div>
<div style="background-image: initial; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-color: initial; border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-style: initial; border-top-width: 0px; color: #3c3c3c; font-family: 'Droid Sans',arial,serif; line-height: 21px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; outline-color: initial; outline-style: initial; outline-width: 0px; padding-bottom: 10px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px; text-align: left; vertical-align: baseline;">
<i><span style="font-size: medium;">Even the educated families kill their daughter -in-
law for dowry or cause them so much mental trauma that they commit
suicide. If people love money so much why dont they marry <strong style="background-color: transparent; background-image: initial; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-color: initial; border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-style: initial; border-top-width: 0px; color: #1c1c1c; font-weight: bold; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; outline-color: initial; outline-style: initial; outline-width: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">ATM’S!</strong> Girls
in the age group of 15-25 yrs are not the only targets but even small
girls and old women are subjected to atrocities of men in form of rape,
eve teasing, sexual harassment etc.</span></i></div>
<div style="background-image: initial; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-color: initial; border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-style: initial; border-top-width: 0px; color: #3c3c3c; font-family: 'Droid Sans',arial,serif; line-height: 21px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; outline-color: initial; outline-style: initial; outline-width: 0px; padding-bottom: 10px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px; text-align: left; vertical-align: baseline;">
<i><span style="font-size: medium;">When will we grow? We have taken so much from the west
then why cant we learn from them and make women safe. We should rise to
the occasion and make women safe in <strong style="background-color: transparent; background-image: initial; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-color: initial; border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-style: initial; border-top-width: 0px; color: #1c1c1c; font-weight: bold; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; outline-color: initial; outline-style: initial; outline-width: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">INDIA before its too late..</strong></span></i></div>
